Regeneration South Florida purchased the property at the address listed above!! We closed on the property in early February, 2026. THANK YOU!! Many have already generously contributed. We have made it this far because of your gifts.

The lot is about 1/3 acre. The home is just over 3,000 square feet, plus the garage. We plan to develop the home into space for the gathering in the front with two classrooms and two bathrooms. We will develop the back of the property into two apartments. The rental income from the apartments will cover the ongoing building expenses.

The property is currently in rough shape! It needs a roof replacement, new walls, flooring, windows, plumbing, electric. We currently accepted a bid for a little over $25,000 for the roof replacement. We anticipate approximately $30,000 to remodel the sanctuary space and create the classrooms. Windows, paint and outside work will cost an estimated $33,000.
